Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions, answered. Find everything you need to know below.

Ordering & Shipping

What is your current production turnaround time?

Our standard production time is 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is printed and packed, it will be shipped via the method you select at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. You will be able to select from available shipping options and speeds during the checkout process.

Do you offer rush processing?

At this time, we do not offer rush processing. We process all orders in the sequence they are received to be fair to all our customers. Our standard 1-2 day turnaround is already one of the fastest in the industry.

Artwork & Files

What file types do you accept?

We recommend uploading your artwork as a PNG file with a transparent background. We also accept other common file types such as SVG, AI, and PDF. Please ensure your files are ready for print.

What is the recommended image resolution?

For the best print quality, we highly recommend all artwork be created and saved at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch). Submitting files with a lower resolution may result in blurry or pixelated prints. Our online tool may warn you about low-resolution files, but we are not responsible for the print quality of such files.

Should I mirror my artwork before uploading?

No! Please do not mirror your designs. Our system automatically mirrors all artwork before printing to ensure it applies correctly. If you upload a mirrored file, it will be printed mirrored and will apply backward.

About DTF Transfers

What is a DTF Transfer?

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. It’s a modern printing technology where designs are printed onto a special film, which is then transferred onto a garment using a heat press. The result is a vibrant, full-color design that is soft, flexible, and highly durable.

What materials can I press these transfers on?

One of the best features of DTF is its versatility! You can apply our transfers to a wide range of materials, including:

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Cotton/Poly Blends (50/50, 60/40, etc.)
  • Tri-Blends
  • Canvas and more!
How durable are the transfers? How many washes will they last?

When applied correctly, our DTF transfers are incredibly durable and can last for 50+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. For best results, we recommend washing garments inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low.

Application Instructions

What are your recommended heat press settings?

For best results, we recommend the following settings. Please note that every heat press can vary, so you may need to perform a test press.

  • Temperature: 300-320°F (150-160°C)
  • Time: 10-15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium-Firm
  • Peel: This is a COLD PEEL transfer. Wait until the transfer is completely cool to the touch before peeling off the film.
  • Final Press: After peeling, cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press for an additional 5 seconds. This increases durability and gives a matte finish.
Why is a COLD peel so important?

A cold peel is critical for a successful application. Peeling the film while it’s still hot or warm can cause parts of the design to lift off the garment, resulting in an incomplete or damaged transfer. Allowing the transfer to cool completely lets the adhesive properly bond with the fabric fibers, ensuring a clean release and maximum durability.

Do I really need to do a final press?

Yes, we highly recommend it! The final 5-second press after you have peeled the film does two important things: it removes any glossiness for a professional matte finish, and it fully embeds the design into the fabric. This final step significantly increases the transfer’s durability and its ability to stretch without cracking.
